INVITATION
FOR HOLDING THE GENERAL COUNCIL
At the initiative of the Executive Board, a regular General Council of a non-profit association for carrying out activities for private benefit “INFRANEW – SOUTHEAST EUROPE”,
ID 205244601 with the following Agenda:
1. Adoption of the Report on the activity of the Executive Board for 2021 and 2022;
2. Adoption of the Annual Financial Report of the Association for 2021 and 2022.
The General Council will be held on February 5th, 2023 at 5 pm at the address: “Vladikova kashta” № 50 B, “St. Constantine” Area, Branipole village, Rodopi Municipality, Plovdiv District, Republic of Bulgaria.
The General Council is regular if at least half of its members are present.
In the absence of a quorum, the meeting is postponed and will be held at the same place on February 12th, 2023 at 5 pm with the same Agenda and is considered legal, regardless of the number of members present.
